If you receive a damaged or defective item, or wish to make a complete return or a size exchange, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. After this period, requests for returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

You can write to rubinia@rubinito.com, indicating:

• first and last name
• order number
• address
• product code or description
• reason for the request

Once the return is authorized, the product must be shipped to our goldsmith laboratories (Rubinia Srl at Via Vincenzo Monti, 26 in Milan, 20123).

The customer can freely choose the courier or shipping company of their choice. The costs and responsibility for the return shipment are borne by the customer until delivery at our premises. Rubinia Srl is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, without signs of wear, in the case of a complete return. Rubinia Srl reserves the right not to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions or that show obvious signs of wear.

For shipments outside of Italian territory, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the end customer.

Returns or exchanges on customized products, made to measure or in non-standard sizes are not possible. The standard sizes of our rings range from 8 to 24.
