Cancellations, returns and exchanges

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, or if you have had a change of heart, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
To arrange a return, please contact us at rubinia@rubinia. com listing your name and address, product details (code) and reason for return.
Remember that return shipping is your responsibility.
RubiniaJewelry (Tagua Srl) is not responsible for any items lost during shipment. All items must be returned to RubiniaJewellery (Tagua Srl) in their original case without having been worn. Srl) in their original case without being worn.

Tagua Srl will not refund items that do not meet the requirements listed above or that show clear signs of abuse. Any customs charges or taxes are not refundable for shipments outside the Italian territory.

For obvious reasons, it will not be possible to make returns and/or exchanges of customised products.


Depending on the volume of the purchase, and the destination of the package, the shipping rates will be as follows:

  • Italy: 10€
  • Europe: 40€
  • Resto del Mondo: On quotation

All shipments are made by DHL.
