While it is true that all diamonds are unique, they also share certain characteristics that allow us to compare and assess them.

CUTTING FOR DIAMONDS
IN 2006 DEFINED THE STANDARD
In January 2006 GIA defines the International Cut Grading System: the cutting standard for natural diamonds

The diamonds mounted on Filodellavita Solitaire are certified by IGI - International Gemological Institute - Antwerp with carats from 0.08 ct. to 0.25 ct., colours from G to higher and clarity from VS2 to higher. Cut quality Ideal, Excellent or Very Good.
Over 0.30 ct. diamonds are alternatively certified by IGI - International Gemological Institute or GIA - Gemological Institute of America - according to the preference of our official dealer.
