Production and shipping times

Rubinia jewelry does not come from a warehouse: when a piece of jewelry is ordered, it does not yet exist. Each creation is handcrafted to order, starting from scratch — from a thread of gold or silver, with or without diamonds or precious stones — and takes shape through artisanal processes, hand engravings, and traditional goldsmithing tools. For this reason, production times can take up to 15 working days. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please inform our Customer Service at +39 342 7335007: our goldsmiths will do their best to complete the jewelry by the requested date.

The time described is necessary for the jewelry to truly come to life, from the hands of the goldsmiths in our workshops. Only after the processing is complete is the order entrusted to our couriers DHL or GLS (the choice of courier is determined by Rubinia based on the destination and type of shipment, in order to ensure an efficient and secure service) with shipping costs calculated based on the destination. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment as soon as the jewelry leaves our goldsmith workshops. The delivery is expected within 24/48 working hours, depending on the destination. Should there be any delays related to the transport service, we invite you to refer directly to the assigned courier as they are not dependent on Rubinia.

Shipping in Italy is free for orders under €100. For orders over €100, the cost is €12. For Europe, the cost is always €40. For non-EU destinations, shipping is by quote. Each shipment is handled with the utmost care and travels in total safety until delivery.

By choosing delivery at an authorized Rubinia jewelry store through the Click & Collect service, you receive a –10% discount on your order.

In-store pickup offers a convenient and complete experience:

• you can pick up your jewelry whenever you want during the opening hours of the selected store
• you have direct support from professionals who know the product and its history
• if necessary, you can check and change the size immediately, with the jeweler who will arrange any exchange for you

A service designed to combine the convenience of online shopping with the care and relationship of the store, a fundamental part of the Rubinia world. In this case as well, the timing is the same as listed above in the section: "Production and Shipping Times".

Holiday Periods

During holiday periods, such as Christmas, due to the high volume of shipments, some deliveries may experience slight delays. Orders are still processed and prepared with the usual care by our team, but we kindly ask you to consider the possibility of a few additional days in the delivery times.
